VIVA HAPPY~***

Dear All, Seems that I have gone missing for quite a while ( more like what seems to be eternity >w<'' )..hehe..

Well, kinda busy and occupied with work ( thought that student life was hectic..apparently working life doesn't make much difference..)

Anyway, it's good to be back once in a while to say hi to all of you ( that if you guys are still following me over here!)

Not going to write much at the moment as there's just too many things happenning;one after another in such fast pace that I have not got the time to digest all of them yet into words..

Before I leave, here's a song which I would like to share here and also the dance version. Pretty cute and catchy!:3 Enjoy and lots of hugs!

No Logic

Dear All,

Sometimes academic achievement doesn't neccessarily reflect or represent who you are.

Just be yourself and do the things you enjoy..that's all it matters.

Children at The Ramakrishna Ashrama : Blogger's TLC

Dear All,

I am helping my friend in his quest to create awareness among bloggers and public on the pleas of our little orphan friends so that they can have a better childhood and growing up experience. :)

Report is as followed:

Penang, 3rd February 2013 — About 40 bloggers and public visited The Ramakrishna Ashrama to distribute food, beverages and gadgets, sponsored by various commercial entities. It’s a philanthropic exercise not only by businesses in executing their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) but by everyone to give back to the society, thus making life more bearable for everyone in need. The event is made possible by Crowdpot Sdn Bhd (Event Organizer), Ninetology Malaysia, SUBWAY® (Suntech, iAvenue, & Leith Street branches), Chatime Malaysia, Langkawi Saga Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. and Alextan Artworks.

The Ramakrishna Ashrama (Orphanage), Penang is a charitable organization founded in 1938 under the inspiration and guidance of His Holiness Swami Bhaswarananda Maharaj who was then stationed at The Ramakrishna Mission, Singapore. Apart from spiritual activities, the Ashrama runs an orphanage, catering for both boys and girls with ages ranging from 6 to 20 years old. The orphanage admits needy orphaned children who are poor and need the help from the society to assist them with basic needs and education. The children in the home are given proper education and are well cared for so that they will grow up to be useful citizens. Besides education, the girls learn traditional dancing, cooking and housekeeping. Children excelling well academically are encouraged to pursue higher education.

How to help The Ramakrishna Ashrama?

1.       Sponsoring a Child Program:

The estimated cost to support a child at Ramakrishna Ashrama RM1,500 per annum. The breakdown cost is as follows.
Education: RM500
Food: RM600
Maintenance: RM300
Miscellaneous: RM100

2.       Donation:

Donation to The Ramakrishna can be done only via CIMB Cares (www.cimbclicks.com.my)

A child with either no parents or with a single parent who supports the child can be admitted to the Ashrama under the following circumstances:

-          He/She is from age 6 and above.
-          The parent or relatives has no means of supporting the child.
-          The child has been mistreated or abused.

Pre-CNY blues

Dear all,

Hows things going for you guys? Hope all's good. Mine is just well, long days, short night..Still jobless and enjoying life with the bank account going red alert..OTL

Anyway, CNY is coming soon like less than 4 days?Usually this is the time of year which I am sorta looking forward to ( Angpau, Goodies etc) but apparently, the situation will be the opposite this year.

Why you ask? Well, for one, I am expecting there will be loads of questions being asked by family and relatives , " Have you gotten a job yet"? "What are your plans now that you have finally graduated after what seems to be forever ( trust me, for some, a 4 years degree feels like 10years..and every year without fail, people will be asking me the same questions as if they are doing some sort of countdowns: "How many years to go?" or "Have you graduated yet?")..not to mention that most cousins around my age have already started working..

As such, I am pretty erm..nervous?anxious?freaking out? for what is to be expected this upcoming CNY..God or whoever up above, make me invisible..

Anyway, I hope that job opportunity would appear after CNY..because I need to resuscitate my dying bank account..so that I can continue buying/funding my hobbies and life.

Shall end this post with this song:  A-Team by Ed Sheeran

Cheers,

Chris C

Cosplay: Behind the Scenes

Dear all,

Came across this article and I found it relatable and inspiring..perhaps only to cosplayers but still, worth a read.

Yamcha?

Dear all,

I think I am a bad socialiser..a terribly bad one.

When someone ask you out to catch up , to yamcha , to whatever you call it, what do you usually do?

eg: mamak? old town? movie? I dont know. I find all this kinda boring. I don't drink ( alcoholic drinks) nor am I able to come up with interesting topics. In the end, it's like staring at the wall, then back to the person, then shift to the cup, mumble a few words, then the cycle repeats..then pay up and go home.

Somewhat a waste of time.. and money too if you consider the overpriced drinks.

or perhaps it all depends on the company you are with?

I dont know. Just rather stay in and then..do nothing?but at least I am at the comfort of so called "home"..

Share your thoughts~

CF is coming to TOWN

Dear all,

How's life? I hope all's good and going well!

Mine at the moment is sort of plain and boring. Been keeping myself busy though with preparation for one of the biggest event of the year ( something most ACG (Anime,Comic,Game) lovers look forward to every end of the year).....COMIC FIESTA : D

Similarly to previous year, the venue for this year's CF will be held at KLCC on the 22nd and 23rd December. One of the biggest and longest running ACG event among the rest in Malaysia ;)

I will be volunteering this year as well and unlike last year, I will be cosplaying too :) Have got my costumes ready and now all left is the hardest part...MAKE UP and also WIG styling..both of which I am pretty bad at but I am working on it.Let's hope that I will not end up looking like Joker instead.

:) well, that's all for now. will update more later. ( just lazy to write eventhough there are PLENTY to write :) )

The Lazy one,

Sore in leg and heart

Dear all,

Good news! I passed my FYP..matter of fact, the whole class passed which means we all get to graduate together and no one gets left out!! :D Isn't that great? Now everyone can sleep peacefully. Then again, I have no idea what marks did I get nor do I know what sort of honours will I be ending up with..* please let it be second upper class..since first is definitely out of list already * ( T.T )

So what was I up to so far?

1) Monday:
 - Broga Hill Climb:
Woke up 3.30 am in the morning ( getting less than 3 hours of sleep), set out to Broga
around 4 and start hiking around 5am. Climbing up was relatively easy except for the last peak where
boulders were blocking the way and one have to climb up to get to the top ( would be easy if only it is less
slippery..damn the rainy season). Climbing down was a nightmare!!Looking downwards at the steepness
of   the hill and start wondering how did I get up there in the first place...slight altophobia perhaps.
Anyway, the climb was worth it: nice scenery, got to know a new canine friend, good workout..the cons?
A nice pair of shoes gone dirty and messy, a sore quads ( it's still sore!), a few slight cuts here and there
and worst of all, one shade darker..despite all the effort taken to prevent myself from further tan..well,
some of them enjoyed the sun because : They are sunproof or probably they are just Indians ( not being
   racist here)..

A newfound furry friend
Just the Fugly me

  - SLEPT LIKE A LOG

  - Went for Life of Pi with SP and SK..not bad a movie..interesting scripts, nice graphics..but storyline a
     bit unbelievable..well, fair enough though..7/10.

2) Tuesday:
   - Was supposed to go to Genting then all plans got screwed up..half of the other party in the class went to
Pulau Ketam ( Nobody seemed to trust me when this ex-Klang boy tries to tell them it's BORING
there)..well, nevermind...Went to MidValley with SP instead to hunt for some early X-mas pressie. Both
of us walking like some weird duck due to Quads soreness @@

3) Wednesday:
   - Initially planned to go to FRIM ( Originally supposed to head to Gua Tempurung and maybe overnight
over at Cameron H but well, things did not went smooth) but wasn't feeling too well..SK decided to call
it off because of me. Was planning to stay at home and rest but the gang asked me out for Wreck-
it-Ralph so tag along and watched it second time ( first time was 3D which I don't really enjoy that
     much).Highly recommended : 9/10

  - After movie, gang decided to go for Japanese Buffet at Shogun 1U...eat till burst..end up puking half of
what I ate in the washroom..honestly I am not a buffet person..SK and AD went back first. Me and SP
continues hunting for xmas pressie for the boys inc myself ( THANKS SP!!)...got a few clothes for CNY
    2013..

4) Thursday:
  - Oh it's today..didn't do much..just went out for lunch with gang, went to gym because I have not done
so  for the past few days and I can see myself getting more like a balloon waiting to burst out of my
    clothes.

and that's all for now..

Chris C

Almost an end to a journey and almost a new start to another one

Dear all,

I am done!!! Finally my four years is coming to an end..:) Then again, a new life is starting..soon to face the real world..a little bit nervous here.

Both presentation and practical exam done and result was out as well..Hmm, it wasn't too bad..more than what I thought I would end up with but then again, I think I am just lucky because all I did was to do my best and leave it all for the rest to fall in place.

Really got to thank my dear coursemates and lecturers as well as everybody who have supported me all the way.Without them , I wouldnt be there sitting for the final exam..Big big gratitude to them all!

Currently still awaiting the result of my FYP and the final total mark award which I hope is good enough to score me at least a honours and a second class..*keeps fingers crossed* pray for me yeah guys.

Well, that's all for now. Will update soon. Stay safe and cheers.

Regards,

Chris C

Decision

I have made up my mind.

To finally say goodbye.

After trying hard to manage my emotion.

I think this is for the best.

I am just a loser when it comes to being "friends" with certain people.

I wish I hadn't known the person in the first place.

It's my fault. Therefore I shall shoulder the blame.Perhaps I have been expecting and thinking too deeply and too much on the issue.

No regrets. I walk on just like how the person walks his life too. Maybe our aim in life is different.

I shan't think too much now. It's a short short encounter but nevertheless, thank you very much.

Peace.

Forget and move on

You know what? Perhaps I should just forget and move on..I am just not too good in socialising with certain type of people..

I am just going to concentrate on what I am supposed to do and not care about the rest..

That's all. Goodbye

10 Things No One Tels You About Sex

Came across this pretty interesting article recently and decided to share it over here..Perhaps not to take it too serious ( though some of the point does make you think for a moment)..

10 Things No One Tells You About Sex

1. It is possible to occasionally sleep with your friend without it turning into some big ol’ thing. Why is there such intense debate about this? Why did Hollywood have to poop out two identical movies that explore this STRANGE and TWISTED phenomenon known as, “friends with benefits”? “OMG,” a fearful woman screams. “Is it true? Can you REALLY sleep with someone and not want to have 10,000 of their babies afterwards?” Yes. Friend sex is tricky but it can work on a case by case basis. I would just advise that the person you’re boning not be your best friend and that you only have sex sporadically. There. Bingo. Now you can sleep with most of your friends!

2. Sex isn’t always hot. Sometimes it’s sad and sometimes it’s angry and sometimes it’s embarrassing. Sex comes in a variety of flavors and “hot porn sex” is just one of the things that’s on the menu. To be honest, messy sex is often more interesting than garden-variety porn sex. It’s easy to emulate what you’ve seen on TV. The real challenge comes from making sex personal and uNiQuE to the individual.

3. Sometimes you will feel overwhelmed with emotion and want to cry during sex. That’s okay. You’re not crazy. There’s just a dick inside of you. We’ve all been there.

4. There are certain sexual experiences that leave a nasty mark and, in most cases, the mark doesn’t go away until you sleep with someone else. The best cure for a bad sexual experience is a good one.

5. People don’t always get more interesting when their clothes are off. They don’t magically become nicer or more understanding. Sometimes a person is actually the worst version of themselves when they’re naked.

6. More people would like to have sex with you than you might think. If you’re ever in doubt, you should just assume that someone would be okay with seeing you naked.
7. While it can be good to take a break from sex, don’t be gone too long. Otherwise, you risk becoming legitimately terrified of sex. The thought of experiencing that kind of intimacy with someone is, all of a sudden, totally bone-chilling and you can’t remember how you ever did it. And that, my friends, is how six months of celibacy can quickly turn into two years.

8. Sex is the reason why you’re taking a cab to this douchebag’s apartment at 4 a.m. Sex is the reason why you bought those $200 jeans. Sex is the reason why you ordered a salad instead of a burger. Sex is the reason why you’re still dating this person, even though you know you’ll never be able to love them. See that? Therein lies the difference between sex and love. Sex drags things out that should’ve been dead a long time ago. Love, on the other hand, kills everything quickly.

9. It is possible to have really good sex with someone, love who they are, get along with them during daylight hours, and still never want to date them.

10. The person you lost your virginity to won’t always mean something to you. And that’s fine. They really don’t need to matter. Their one job is to make you not a virgin anymore and then send you on your merry way.

Final Push

Dear all,

Yours truly has still yet to get his internet connection back so be patient yeah.Hopefully by this weekend, everything will be back to normal!!

It's going to be a busy month though..one month of final preparation for the last hurdle of my university life ( HOPEFULLY!)..and once all this is over, I guess I can slowly sit back and relax, enjoying the flavours of freedom until I get my 8 to 5 job..(Q.Q)..the taste of adulthood and full independence that is..

Well, Christopher, just hang on there and fight like your life depend on it ( matter of fact, it does actually)..I am already thinking of where to go for vacation after this..lol! backpacking maybe? and also the various cosplans I have in my head..oh dear, and it all involves $$$$!!! any kind sponsors here?

The one in dilemma,
Chris C

Temporary Relief..Unintentional Absence...LOADS of FRUSTRATIONS!!

One burden off my shoulder..the moment I got rid of that bloody FYPs..GOSH!!!Hallelujah!!!! Of course I know it is just a short term relief as there's still the presentation and final practicals..Q.Q

As much as I want to update my blog, the lack of access to Internet renders me helpless..Stupid inefficient people from the Internet company keeps delaying the date of installation..and now I can only get back my Internet Connection at home on Saturday, that's even if things manage to go well as planned..or I will be wringing some necks over the next few days..

I am amazed that I actually managed to survive without any Internet during my early school days but now? I feel like dying every moment..I feel so out of touch with everybody around me..like I am stranded in some sort of island or something..somebody please just rescue me!!

I feel sorry for my readers for constantly having to put up with my bitching whining all the time but trust me, I seldom complain unless if it necessary for me to do so..and this is urgent..so now I am stuck at the campus utilising the lousy snail line which threatened to block me out because apparently I  " Exceeded the quota or something"..WTF..since when the public Internet line have got a quota system????? Mahsa, you gotta do better than this man...I am not paying a whole load of sum of money for this kind of facilities..it's not as if I am purchasing a cheap drink at McDs and leeching the WI-FI..this is a COLLEGE ( which got upgraded to University status recently but (spits saliva)...seriously doesn't even deserve that kind of upgrades)..so you should ensure that there is ADEQUATE Internet connection for your students!!!! Good thing that I am done with my FYP or else I would be committing suicide due to inability to access any journals with this crappy line.

Sigh sigh sigh sigh sigh .....I miss the people around me..

The Bitch

Dear all,

Now that I am in my final year, things are getting tougher and stress is building up intermittently that I have no idea if I am able to handle it.

Incompetency and also bad communication skills leads to a bad outcome and being the hot tempered me, I practically just lashed out but not on purpose. I guess I need some anger management session.

and then...

Comes this girl whom I have been standing up to, been giving advice to, been helping out whenever I can..Just a single word from her horse mouth during my most down hour makes things even worse. I am going to label her as "the bitch".

I don't understand how some people can be so dense, so inconsiderate.  Yes, I know part of it is my fault and I should have handled the situation in a more matured way but some things are just too much and deprived of all the emotional support, I am practically just a ticking time bomb waiting to explode anytime soon.

Being selfish is not a sin but a way to survive in this harsh world but of course as a last resort when every single aspect have been considerate with the less possible damage.

Oh well, I don't know but I am for sure won't be one who forgives easily anymore..

p/s: hey bitch, fuck you!

The pissed one,

Chris C
